Unable to inactivate/remove corporate card expense item

Currently, we are facing an issue wherein the corporate card expense item cannot be removed/inactivated from a person's queue.

This expense item is a duplicate as per user; hence, we are looking for a solution as to how it can be inactivated or removed because user has no option to do so(as the action button for delete/remove is greyed out)
