Access for Manage Chart Of Account value set values

Hello Team,

we trying to customize "Application Implementation Custom" role to maintain chart of account value set values.

We want an access for "Manage chart of account value set values" screen to update COA values but we get whole access for all modules.

We want to restrict for finance to GL only.

Please let us known is there any job related to "Manage chart of account value set values" access only.
