Responding user does not receive qualification sent to child supplier

Hi,

We have a user email that is registered to more than one supplier (the same person responds to different companies in the group).

We associated the Parent Supplier and also added access to data (contacts tab)

The user account was created by the Parent Supplier registration.

However, the user does not receive the qualification sent to the child supplier.

How to send the qualification to the child supplier, if there is no way to create the user account again?
