Is Employee has feasibility to input competency weights for annual evaluation
1. Is it possible for Employee to input weightages within Competencies (coming from position) for annual evaluation performance document?
We are getting competencies from position for annual evaluation, but client want feasibility for employees/managers to define weightage for each competency instead of getting pre-defined weightage from position competencies.
2. Can we restrict drop down search to previous line manage alone within 'Manage Participant Feedback'.
Client do not want employees to select any other participants other than previous line manager for participant feedback in annual evaluation.
