Change of email domain and its impact on approvals which are in transit

Hi All,

If the work email domain is changed in the middle of the appraisal year like .com is changing to .com.au

What impact it brings on the approvals which are in transit or supposed to happen specially in Goals and PMS?

Are there any best practices which are generally followed and kept in mind to have minimal impact?

Any leads on this will help.
