Unable to assign Journeys after Global Transfer

After a global transfer has been processed and the employee is with the new location, the HR person at the new site location is unable to assign Journeys to the new employee.

Steps to recreate the issue:

  1. HR at sending site location processes global transfer
  2. Employee is now at new site location
  3. HR at receiving site location can see the employee's profile in Person Management
  4. HR at receiving site location cannot assign Journeys to the new employee via Assigned Journeys (employee does not display in Select a Person)
