How to trigger PCS workflow whenever we submit the PUrchase requisition with projects type of T4

Summary:

requirement is like when we submit the purchase requisition in oracle fusion(click on the submit button) then PCS needs to trigger and sent for the approvals.

however its needs to trigger Only for the T4 template project Type for the remaining T1,T2,.. standard approval hierarchy will take place only for if Project Type is T4 then pcs need to trigger when submitting the purchase requisition.

If PCS is triggered then it need to sent for the approvals based on the amount to particular role based users.

is it possible to achieve this in fusion ? or we need to design the PCS workflow
