Can Journey Task dates be updated dynamically based on the change in offer start date?

Whenever there is a change in offer start date after the employee is moved to pending worker, the journey task dates don't change and is not retrospective or dynamically change. The date are static and this will have an impact when say a person start date is on 11th of December and Probation date is 27th of December. When the start date is changed in ORC to 15th of December, the probation date doesn't change in Checklist/Journeys - date changes are not retrospective and remain static. This is having a big impact on the employee checklist processes.
