While performing an allocation if denominator encounters a proper zero and an improper zero how does the calc be performed?

We had 2 rules in past in PCM where the former is allocated portion and later is the non-allocated portion (Copy from input to output AS IS if driver not found) both having same numerator/denominator cases. It resulted in an inflated arbitrary number (where denominator was an improper zero) as a +ve and -ve counterpart in both the rules to eventually arrive at a zero probably (Example: 123344757585859555.32353633)
