Our client has been using Cloud Order Management and Accounts Receivable since 2020 however the invoices that are being created in Cloud have been interfaced to their legacy EBS system where the receipt activity has been performed and there has been no call back interface to update the cloud AR invoices to confirm they were receipted. Now, we are implementing their EBS financials to the Cloud and in part of that project we are implementing Advanced Collections however when advanced collections is activated it is considering all transactions greater than 30 days as delinquent even though they have been
