Inventory type 'Install' not getting created from debrief plugin

Summary:

Hi All,

I have a custom debrief plugin which I am using to collect details of 'Supplies' and 'Equipment' that is used on a job. Both are inventory types created in the system. The plugin does a 'Create' action with the invpool as 'install'. I have attached both the payloads that are being generated.

The Supplies lines are getting created in the Installed inventory but the Equipment lines are not. There is no error being thrown as well so it is getting difficult to understand what is causing the failure.

Any pointers here would be greatly appreciated.
