Is there a PRIVILEGE that specifically gives access to submit expense reports?
Summary: We are migrating away from our version of expense management. There will be a cleanup period for corporate card transactions, preventing us from end dating expense types. Is there a way to give people read only access to expenses? Is there a PRIVILEGE that specifically gives access to submit expense reports? We are merging two cloud instances and need cleanup in one for a short period. We need to know if there is a way to disable submission of expense report yet allowing them to query for historical information.
