Hide "message" option from job application page for hiring manager,

Summary:

Hi ,

We have a client requirement to hide " messages" option from job application page for hiring manager.

Hiring manager should not be able to send message / emails / compose from their login.

i have removed IRC_INTERACT_WITH_CANDIDATE_PRIV

IRC_UPDATE_EMAIL_CREATED_FROM_TEMPLATE_PRIV privileges however, HM is able to send the messages to candidates.
