Can we override customer site profile attribute defaulting from Profile Class attached

Hi All,

We have a Customer Site attached with Profile Class where all the Site Profile defaults are coming.

"Send Dunning Letters" is not checked/enabled at Customer Profile Class, can we override only this field to enable only at particular customer site.

Please suggest if there is any way.
