All in One Evaluations : Can the Admin User evaluate the Direct Reports as if they were the Manager?

Hello team,

we have been demonstrating the All-in-One Dashboard to a client and we had been asked whether it is possible for an Admin User to provide Evaluations to the employees through the All-in-One Dashboard, as if the Admin was the Manager (something similar to the "Evaluate Current Task as Manager" that the Admin has when accessing each performance document from the "Performance Document" page).

Is this possible?
