Default refresh time for the Dispatch console time view

Hi Team,

I wanted to know if there is a default refresh time for the dispatch console time view and also if its customizable. I could find a user field called 'Refresh Rate' and documentation says dashboard refresh is based on this field's value. Is the same field responsible for the dispatch console time view refresh as well? I tried adding it to the 'Preference' screen to let users edit it, but that field was not available there. Can someone please help me with more information on this. Any documentation link also would be helpful.
