Notification to Line Managers when rating not input to direct reports prior to submission of Perf
Summary:
Before calibration, the business wants Line Managers to input and save the performance ratings of all their direct reports in the application but performance ratings shouldn't be SUBMITTED.
Business wants to send notification reminders to all line managers who haven't yet input the ratings of their direct reports before the completion date.
