How can one find the Account Number and Bill-to Site Use ID via API in order to create subscriptions

To create a subscription via REST API, one needs to include the Account Number, Party ID, and Bill-to Site Use ID. The Party ID can be found with the Get an Account REST API, but the Account Number and Bill-to Site Use ID do not return that response.
