Share performance document to have share and retain and share and release

Hi

We will require share and retain and share and release enabled for Manager on final sharing of performance document, This should be enabled only to one Performance document i.e PIP doc, Please let us know the expression for the same

Manager evaluation includes Manager Final Rating and Goals, Employee should only view the Goals and Comments provided by manager when doc is shared and retained, let us know if the same is possible if yes how the same can be configured
