Nudge Plan - Probation End Date - Journeys

Hi Team,
Probation period duration is 180 days from the date of hire of all employees in India. The Nudge plan should trigger journey to employees 45 days before the Probation period end date. We have created a Nudge plan based on 'Probation End date'. The Nudge plan should ideally trigger Journeys to only employees whose probation end date has approached from 180 to 45 days but it is also triggering to all employees whose probation end date is between system date and 45 days.
To fix the above issue, we have created a fast formula in the Journeys Eligibility criteria to filter the employees days.
