Even when we set all participant feedback to be anonymous in the Performance Template>Structure>Questionnaire (screenshot 1), the feedback provider name is visible in All-in-One Evaluations (screenshot 2). The rest of the performance module seems to preserve the anonymity (screenshot 3). How can we ensure feedback anonymity in All-in-One Evaluations?
