How to get number of records created (SFA/CPQ) in realtime without impact performance?
Summary: We need to know how we can get the number of records created in the last 5 minutes for the objects Service Request, Quotes and Orders.
Content: This information is necessary for an internal monitoring system that could help to show in the company if any systems have a problem (or are down) and the quantity of record created for the mentioned entities in the last 5 minutes.
One option we are considering is an OTBI report, but we know that could impact in the performance of the production environment.
