Can an employee's overall review score be used in an approval?

Summary:

I'm looking to configure an FYI approval where if the employee scores at or below a certain overall review score a notification is sent to a Representative. So the process flow would have to look at the overall score in order to determine if an FYI is triggered.

Can this be done?
