How to enable an FYI notification to an employee when the performance document is approved

Summary:

We need to enable FYI notification to employees once the apporvals are completed for a particular performance document without affecting other performance documents.

A manager evaluates a performance document for employees and it goes for 2 level approvals. Once the approvals are completed immediately an FYI should be triggered to that employee mentioning the particular performance document for this employee is approved.

1. Currently Talent notification is available only after manager submits the document & not after approval. And we need this only for one type of performance document (probation Evaluation) not for other performance documents.
