Modify the title of the Notifications

Hi experts,

we managed to modify the template of the notifications as per our requirements; the thing that we're unable to modify is the actual title of the notification, which is the link that appears in the notification bell, and the header of the email notification (below a sample screenshot)

Any suggestion on how to achieve this?
