Receive notification from Oracle about Service Administrator Action List for TEE

One of my co-worker received the attached email from Oracle.

We have some questions:

1. The co-worker is the only one received the notification. She was our Taleo contact years ago and is in another position now. All our contacts with Oracle for TEE have been updated long time ago. Not sure why Oracle still has her information.

2. Why did we receive this information? As per the announcements in https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/26956/announcing-service-administrator-action-list, the Service Administrator Action List is NOT something for TEE. Anything changed?
