Bulk refresh of benefit relationships

edited Dec 21, 2023 5:32PM in Benefits 2 comments

Summary:

We have an unrestricted benefit program setup. When employees gets terminated like other program, the termination life event is not being triggered. In order to stop the enrollments, we are using the look up 'BEN_BENEFIT_RELATION_STATUS'. After setting this up and running the unrestricted life event, the enrollments are being stopped. Now our issue is, already terminated employees before this lookup setup benefit relationship stays inactive. To stop their enrollments, we need to set it back to Active and run the Unrestricted life event. For this , I tried running the 'Assign and Update Benefits Relationships' as of termination date - 1 , but it did not process my test employee. Is there a way to bulk refresh their benefits relationship status from Inactive to active? Please let me know.

Howdy, Stranger!
