Automatic transfer of performance document not working

Hello experts,

We already enabled the profile option ORA_HRA_AUTO_TRANSFER_PERF_DOCS and ran the Transfer Performance Documents with Manager Change process, but still the Performance document of the employee is not automatically transferring to the new line manager.

The scenario is, there was a change in Line Manager for this employee registered on 30.11.2023, but effective 22.12.2023. But, the ORA_HRA_AUTO_TRANSFER_PERF_DOCS was only set to YES last week. We assume that the automatic transfer of Performance document should work since we already enabled the profile option last week and the manager change is today.

Is this a expected behaviour?
