How to restrict "requested performance feedback" numbers for a participant?

Hi,

We need to detect how to restrict "requested feedback" numbers for a participant in a performance evaluation.

In the customer scenario, a couple of users which are significant in the company, has many feedback requests in the performance evaluation term. These huge numbers can not be handled so we need to restrict this case.

Is it possible to restrict this feedback request numbers for example for every person?

Or, is it possible at least REJECT the feedback request? This is inevitably necessary for huge number cases.

This is an urgent case for us.
