Adding privilege to view cancel performance document

Hello Everyone,

Could anyone advise if adding this privilege HRA_VIEW_WORKER_PERFORMANCE_MANAGEMENT_DOCUMENT_PRIV or any other privilege - will help the worker to view its cancel document.

We have a requirement to make cancel document visible to the worker
