Coverage and Rate Start Dates incorrect when Dependent Designation is used with Suspend Enrollment

Summary: Participant Coverage and Rate Start Dates are incorrect when Dependent Designation Requirement is used with Suspend Enrollment. First, let me say Doc ID 2404009.1 solution did not work for me.

Loss of Other Coverage life event added and processed on 11/13/2023. Enrolled in Medical - Family (CSD 12/1/2023, RSD 11/16/2023). Enrolled in Dental and Vision (CSD 1/1/2024, 12/14/2023) this is incorrect and should be the same dates as Medical.

General tab for Medical, Dental, and Vision:

Default Enrollment Rule – New – default; current – same enrollment and rates

Enrollment Rule – Current – can keep or choose; new – can choose

Interim Rule – Left Blank

Unsuspend Enrollment Rule – Use existing enrollment start date
