Responsys Outlook Image Blocking

Hi All,

We have a concern on the Outlook is blocking images and require a user trigger to download images. I would like your advise on the following:

1. How is this affecting the pixel tracking because pixel tracking is an invisible 1x1px image?

2. How can we track the email open/click better?

3. Why is our pixel tracking being at the bottom of the email instead of the top? What are the pros and cons or how do we determine to put it at the top or at the bottom? I would think that it is more effective at the top rather than the bottom, no?
