Oracle Process Cloud

Hi community,

I am new to Oracle fusion Process cloud, i just created a new process, the owner of that process successfully initiates the process and manager accepts or rejects it and this whole process is working fine, what i want to know is that how can any one in the organization can run that process, I actually don't want every to get the initialize role for that process, I just want every single person in the organization to run that process through Visual builder screen to initiate this PCS process, how can i achieve this?
