Q1.1 Are there specific criteria for bringing up websites when utilizing the "Start Web Crawler" feature in the Web Tracking tab?

I tried to create page tags through the Auto and Meta Tagging Rules, but only the default page appeared. I assume that either the web crawler didn't function on the website or the website refused to be crawled. On what kinds of websites can meta tagging rules be correctly implemented?
