Business users are many email notifications for approval, their mail box is full due to mails. They are requesting us to stop email notifications and continue approving from Bell icon in application.

Due to mail notifications, they are missing to address important mails. Do we have any option in BPM configuration to stop this?

I can't stop notifications as these users are self services users. they would like to receive other notifications.

Pls suggest.
