How can the Due Date on an Anytime Feedback request be changed

It it possible to change the due date of an anytime feedback request? If so how? & who can do this?

When the Due Date of an Anytime feedback request is expired, requestors are not able to enter their feedback. How can the due date be changed to allow them to enter feedback without needing to send a new Anytime feedback request.
