How to see reason for a Time Event was set to Failed Status?
Summary:
Time Events have an status of Failed but no way to understand why
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
We have two employees that for a specific time period had their time events set with status Failed
Those two were the only ones among a population of 60 that have their Time Event status as Failed for that time period
No time cards were created for those 2 employees for that time period
Other time periods before and after for those same employees worked fine for those employee.
No changes identified for those 2 employees in that time period.
How can we know the reason for which those Time Events were set to a Failed status
