Blank comments in performance document should not proceed further for calibration.
Hi Team,
Is there any configuration in the system where we can restrict HRBP team to proceed further without updating ratings/comments for the employee's performance.
For ex: manager provided the ratings after that it was send to HRBP. Now, if HRBP try to sent the performance to compensation team without updating the comments then it should give an error.
So, without any update the performance document should not be forwarded to next stage. Do we have anything where HRBP team cannot proceed without updating any comment?
