Customised requisition approval email report not displaying supplier name in email

Summary:

Client has asked for the supplier name to be displayed on requisition approval emails and bell notifications. Customized requisition approval email report has been updated as per instructions in PRC:SSP:: How To Add Fields To The Requisition Approval Notification (Illustrated) (Doc ID 2544675.1) however this has resulted in supplier name not displaying in email but it visible in bell notification, not sure why. Can any one help? I have attached a screenshot of the template with update highlighted in yellow. I have attached the output of both email and bell that shows the results of what the change has achieved.
