navigator:

1.) crate a negotiation and add supplier to it then publish

2.) system sends email and ball notification to reminder supplier

3.) supplier Accept Invitation in email

4.) supplier login system and check bell, then find there is a notification, why ? it should not show up, just because supplier has accepted Invitation in email. can i make same setup for it ?
