Coverage Start Date to be 1st of the next month after 30 days of employment

Summary:

I have a business requirement for the New Hire LE to drive a Coverage Start Date of the 1st of the next month AFTER 30 days of employment have been completed. This doesn't appear to be an 'out of the box' capability. I am looking for other suggestions, or more information if there is something delivered I am overlooking. Much appreciated.

Example: Hired on 01.15.24 + 30 days = 02.14.24, so coverage starts on 03.01.24 (1st of the month following the completion of 30 days of employment)
