Min and Max on Salary Changing based derived working hours and standard hours

Summary:

Hi everybody,

Currently, I have (2) grades created with min and max values. Under salary basis and grades rates configuration set up the values are correct. However, once I validate the values under the salary screen or the salary history screen for (3) employees the min and max values of the salary range are changing against the one's in the grade rate set up and salary basis set up.

Have you someone experience something similar? I noticed all min and max values are increased 4% and FTE values are 1.04. Additionally, When the derived working hours and the standard hours are different the min and max on their salary screen changes. This is consistent when the derived hours are more OR less than the standard working hours.

Howdy, Stranger!
