Custom instruction text on Candidate Application

Summary:

I am trying add additional instructional text on 'WORK AND EDUCATION HISTORY' page of Candidate application. Tried to use 'User Interface Text' , but the search not returning any match. UIT can not be used with Career Site or Candidate Application?.

Please let me know if any one else worked on similar enhancement and added additional text to career site application.
