How to stop trigger journey notification if employee is terminated

Hi Team,

We have created onboarding journeys, but the employee never joined. Consequently, we terminated the employee due to a no-show. However, notifications for the onboarding journey are still being triggered for the manager based on future due dates. How can we stop these notifications? If an employee's journey has been terminated, no notifications should be triggered for anyone.
