Suspend enrollment for coverage change life event when any coverage amount is chosen

Summary:

Hi, We have a requirement wherein the enrollment should get suspended when any coverage amount is chosen for that plan. So we have done the setup in the certifications section.

The enrollment is not getting suspended for this particular plan as per this setup.

Any inputs would be highly appreciated.
