Does Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP retain the outbound email notification?

One of our public sector clients has a requirement to retain all internal/external email notifications going out from the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP application. (Example: Email notification going to the supplier as part of supplier registration process or email notification going to the approver as part of approval process).
