New Hire and Enrollment Override Life Events Post-Open Enrollment not updating with the 2024 rates
Summary: Open Enrollment occurred from 11/16/23 - 11/30/23. For 2024, our medical rates changed. For the associates with a New Hire life event occurring in October, November or December 2023, their Enrollment Coverage Through Date and Rate End Date never updated. Also, their rates are still the 2023 rates, not the 2024. (Please note, newly hired associates are able to make benefit elections on the 1st of the month AFTER their hire date. (Ex. Hire date: 10/2/23, Benefit Enrollment Period starts 11/2/23)). Individuals that also had the Enrollment Override life event added post-OE also experienced this issue. I can submit the
