Is it possible to configure sender address for Corporate Card Notifications?
We have enabled the feature for notifying employees when their corporate card expenses have been loaded to Expenses (Doc ID 2214481.1 ). Is there any configuration item to give a sent-from address for this notification?
Employees are confused by this notification coming from OracleExpenses@oracle.com. The address does not match other notifications sent from the application (BPM, workflow approvals, worklist, etc.) Because of the generic email branding in this corporate card expense email our company email filters are flagging these notifications as junk. It looks like a phishing email.
Under the setup task "Manage Auto Submission and Matching Options: Notification Email for Electronic Receipt and Expense Digest" I tried updating the Custom Alias field to give another email address but it had no effect on the corporate card expense notification.
