COBRA incase of divorce

Summary:

I want to understand in the event of divorce; So if an employee has a spouse dependent for a plan and in the event of divorce the spouse will be unenrolled/ineligible so in that case how this scenario will be handled by COBRA in oracle benefits cloud.
