Contextual Journeys: "Unable to find endpoint" Error

Hello!

As per one of our client's requirements, we are to allow an employee to access to the modification of its personal address in HCM at the same time as the deposit of its proof of address via the "Contact info" quick action. The attachment should then be accessible in the "Document records" action.

After some research of this issue, we have come up with an option involving Contextual Journeys (so that a preconfigured journey appears when an employee clicks on "Document records" and is guided through specific steps to fulfill this client's requirement).
